These 3D tattoos are very artistic and look realistic indeed.
However, it wouldn’t be wise to have such creatures permanently shown on your skin.
In African cultures and most probably in some others too, people might avoid tattoo carriers of such themes like the pest. Unless, the purpose of such scary skin images is to scare people off.
